  1. Mean, (Standard Deviation), [range] of demographics and clinical characteristics of each of the three experimental groups. One-way analyses of variance (ANOVAs) were carried out to compare between-groups differences in age, BMI (Body Mass Index), all three subscales of DEBQ (Dutch Eating Behavior Questionnaire; restrained, emotional, and external), all three subscales of the DASS-21 (Depression Anxiety Stress Scales-21; depression, anxiety, and stress), and baseline levels of hunger and food-related anxiety. As can be seen, there were no differences between the groups in any of these measures
