Brain MRI (Patient 1, 2). Patient 1 (Upper row) Brain diffusion-weighted MRI revealed disseminated cortical infarctions bilaterally. MR angiography showed no arterial stenosis. (Lower low) Brain diffusion-weighted MRI and MR angiography (one year after the discharge) revealed no findings. Patient 2 (Upper row) Brain diffusion-weighted MRI revealed focal brain infarction in the white matter underlying the left temporal transverse temporal gyrus, the left supramarginal gyrus, and the left parietal cortex. MR angiography showed no arterial stenosis. (Lower low) Brain diffusion-weighted MRI and MR angiography (one year after the discharge) revealed no findings
